These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at specialtycoffee.paris and the Specialty Coffee Paris mobile app (together, the “Service”), operated by Specialty Coffee Paris (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Specialty Coffee Paris is a free, curated directory of specialty coffee shops in Paris. It provides listings, ratings, opening hours, prices, and related information to help you discover coffee shops. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep listings accurate, but information such as opening hours, prices, ratings, and a shop’s open or closed status is gathered from third-party sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. The Specialty Score is our own editorial, data-driven assessment and is provided for guidance only. Always confirm details directly with a shop before relying on them. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of any listed shop.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service’s content for commercial purposes without our permission.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any shop, brand, or with us.
Intellectual property
The Service’s design, original text, the Specialty Score methodology, and branding are owned by Specialty Coffee Paris. Shop names, logos, photos, and third-party data belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes. You may not reuse our content beyond personal use without permission.
Third-party links and content
The Service displays information from and links to third parties, including Google, Instagram, TikTok, and shops’ own websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Following an external link is at your own risk.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information it contains is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Specialty Coffee Paris will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including reliance on any listing or information it provides.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
