Specialty Coffee Paris began life as a carefully curated Google Maps list — a private pin board of the cafés we actually loved, passed around between friends who kept asking where to go.
The list outgrew the map. So we built the guide we always wanted: an honest, hand-picked tour of the city’s best specialty coffee. No accounts, no noise — just good coffee, close to you.

Sarah is an Iranian-born, Paris-based barista with a real soft spot for a well-pulled espresso and a good pour-over. Tasting her way across the city, she kept wishing for one trustworthy place to point people toward the cafés that genuinely care about their coffee — so we built it.
