The Paris Coffee Show, France’s professional coffee-industry gathering organised by Collectif Café, is back from 12 to 14 September 2026 at the Parc Floral de Paris. Whether you’re heading to the show or simply curious about the scene it celebrates, here’s where the city’s specialty coffee actually lives, backed by our data.
This 7th edition runs across six themed zones under the banner “Drink great coffee like great wine”, bringing together roasters, producers, baristas, importers and equipment makers. Collectif Café expects more than 5,000 professionals and enthusiasts over the three days.

The Parc Floral sits in the 12th arrondissement, on the eastern edge of Paris by the Bois de Vincennes. It’s a quieter corner for specialty coffee, but a well-priced one: the 12th has the cheapest median flat white in the city at €4.75. Plan your route before or after the show with the full map.
