TIBA, located at 51 Rue Charlot, opened its doors in March 2025, bringing a striking Brutalist and Purist design to the Haut-Marais neighborhood. Equipped with a top-of-the-line Slayer machine, the café specializes in espresso-based drinks, offering a menu that includes slow extraction methods and refreshing coffee-based cold beverages. Prices start at €4 for an espresso and €6 for a flat white. While TIBA is closed on Mondays, it provides seating for those wishing to enjoy their coffee in-house, alongside a selection of sweet treats and coffee beans for sale.
