SAMPLE CAFE, the smallest coffee shop in Paris, opened its doors in January 2024 at 5 Rue Notre Dame de Nazareth. Partnering with local roaster Fève, it serves a range of espresso-based drinks on a La Marzocco machine, alongside coffee-based cold beverages. Customers can enjoy plant-based milk options and a selection of sweet treats, with tea priced at €5 and espresso at €2.50. The café is closed on Sundays and is situated in the Haut-Marais, an area renowned for its galleries and concept stores, reflecting the vibrant Hip Hop Coffee Culture.
